Written for women, not adapted for them

The small wins nobody explains to you.

Research papers on one side. Clinics selling a $200 consult on the other. This is the part in between — what the evidence says, what it doesn't, who tests, and what it should honestly cost.

Start with what's bothering you

Not with a compound name.

Simple. Honest. Yours.

How It Works

No quiz. No plan waiting at the end of it. Just a way through this that leaves the decision where it belongs — with you.

See Real Voices
1

Start with the symptom

Begin where you actually are, not with a molecule you'd have to already know.

2

See the real evidence

What's been studied in women, what hasn't, and how thin the thin parts are.

3

Decide for yourself

Compare who tests and what it costs — then make your own call.

What it should cost

The same molecule, two very different prices.

Clinics aren't lying to you — they're bundling a prescriber, labs and support into the price. Worth seeing what each part costs so you can decide what you're actually paying for.

10×The gapWe publish both numbers, because the gap is the decision.
Real women. Real words.

What they're actually saying.

Not testimonials. Real published comments from perimenopause communities, quoted as written and linked to their source — including the ones where nothing happened.

I have been on NAD+ for almost 2 months and it has improved almost all my symptoms, from muscle aches to low energy. I feel 10 years younger.

I've done Reta, BPC-157, MOTS-c. Too expensive to run for longer periods. I didn't notice anything spectacular. I get the most relief from my HRT.

I use copper, MOTS-c and Selank and follow the protocol I was given. Perhaps there's a subtle difference I'm just not noticing? The biggest disappointment was the MOTS-c.

The question I get most

So where do you actually order from?

ZestyRat Research

I get asked this more than anything else, so here it is plainly. We order from ZestyRat.

Not because they're the biggest name — they aren't. Because across every order placed through this site, nothing has gone wrong. No missing packages, no broken seals, no vial that turned up different from the last. In a category where none of that is guaranteed, boring consistency is the product.

Batch-specific COAs, linked every time. Price per milligram among the lowest we've tracked.

99%+Independently tested purity, batch by batch

And what they're not.Not a clinic. Nobody there checks your labs or asks what else you're taking. That's the trade for the price — make it with your eyes open.

Why this exists

A question I almost didn't ask.

I asked my husband one question about peptides. Just the one. I half expected him to tell me the whole thing was nonsense and that would be the end of it.

I was in my forties and tired in a way sleep wasn't fixing. My body had quietly changed the rules and nobody sent the memo. Every time I went looking for something solid I found the same two things — studies I couldn't get through, and beautiful websites that all ended at a consultation button.

He started reading. Then he didn't stop. Somewhere in the middle it stopped being his research and became something we were both turning over at the kitchen table.

Nobody is going to hand you certainty on this — not me, not a clinic, not a company with something to sell you.

Some of this is genuinely promising. Some has very little behind it. A lot depends on things about you I don't know — your history, your hormones, what you're already taking. So I won't tell you what to do. I'll show you what we found and trust you to decide. You're perfectly capable of reading the evidence yourself. Most of the internet seems to have decided otherwise.
